Carlyle Raises $9 Billion for Its Tenth and Largest U.S. Opportunistic Real Estate Fund

Carlyle closed Carlyle Realty Partners X with $9 billion in capital commitments. The US opportunistic real-estate fund follows the $8 billion predecessor closed in 2021. Fund commitments are recorded separately from firm-total AUM and portfolio asset values.
