Carlyle AlpInvest Closes Largest Publicly Rated GP-Led CFO at $1.25 Billion

Carlyle AlpInvest closed a $1.25 billion collateralized fund obligation offering, its third securitization. The transaction provides exposure to private-equity secondaries, portfolio finance and co-investments. It follows the October 2024 $1 billion offering. The financing amount is not AUM or a new standalone fund closing.
