Carlyle to acquire Altera Infrastructure Group’s FPSO business

Carlyle agreed to acquire Altera Infrastructure Group’s floating production, storage and offloading business from the Brookfield-owned group. Carlyle International Energy Partners II supplies the equity. The transaction covers the FPSO portfolio, including relevant joint-venture interests; no total acquisition price was disclosed.
