Carlyle announced Orion Breweries’ listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market. The release described Carlyle’s full exit assuming exercise of the entire over-allotment option. Carlyle and Nomura Capital Partners had acquired Orion in 2019. The conditional exit wording is preserved; no realized proceeds were disclosed.
