Kinetic Advantage and Carlyle Enter into Strategic Partnership to Provide Automotive Floorplan Financing

Kinetic Advantage received a strategic investment from Carlyle and a multiyear forward-flow commitment for automotive floorplan financing. Carlyle Asset-Backed Finance led the transaction to support Kinetic’s loan origination. Kinetic was already backed by Altamont Capital Partners. Investment and commitment amounts were not disclosed.
