Carlyle-managed funds completed their acquisition of Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy from Sheridan Capital Partners. Sheridan retained a minority position. Tarrytown serves the intellectual and developmental disability and behavioral health communities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
