Carlyle Announces Retirement of Jeffrey Ferguson, General Counsel
Carlyle Group →Carlyle announced that Jeffrey Ferguson would retire as General Counsel in 2026 and subsequently serve as Senior Advisor. Ferguson had been General Counsel since 1999. This preserves the December 2025 retirement announcement as a historical event; the later successor appointment is recorded separately.
