Carlyle Appoints Jumpei Ogura as Co-Head of Carlyle Japan

Carlyle appointed Jumpei Ogura as a Japan co-head effective 1 January 2026. Kazuhiro Yamada also became chairman while retaining co-head duties through 2026, ahead of a planned transition to chairman in 2027. Takaomi Tomioka continues as co-head.
