Carlyle Global Credit supplied structured capital to energy-software provider Peloton Computer Enterprises. The transaction funds growth and facilitates the exit of Silver Lake, TriWest and HarbourVest. Carlyle’s Andreas Boye and Arjun Shah will join Peloton’s board. The instrument and amount were not disclosed.
