TowerBrook Announces Continuation Vehicle Transaction for EisnerAmper

Carlyle AlpInvest led TowerBrook’s completed continuation transaction for Eisner Advisory Group, known as EisnerAmper. Hamilton Lane-managed funds co-led the investment. Existing investors could take liquidity while TowerBrook continued its partnership with the accounting and advisory business.
