Carlyle acquired majority interests in Knack RCM and EqualizeRCM to create a combined healthcare revenue-cycle management platform. Asia Partners VI and Asia Partners Growth II affiliated funds provide equity. Both founders will reinvest part of their proceeds. Terms were not disclosed.
