Littlejohn & Co. Closes Continuation Vehicle Anchored by Valcourt Group

Carlyle AlpInvest led Littlejohn’s continuation transaction for Valcourt Group. The completed vehicle offered liquidity to existing fund investors while allowing Littlejohn to extend its investment and support further growth. Financial terms were not disclosed.
