Carlyle to Acquire Chung Ho Group in Korea
Carlyle Group →Carlyle Asia Partners-affiliated funds agreed on 8 June 2026 to acquire up to 100% of Chung Ho Group from Joung family shareholders. A subsequent Carlyle appointment release confirms completion in August 2026. The exact closing day, final ownership percentage and transaction value were not disclosed.
