Carlyle agrees to sell Copia Power, a leading power and AI infrastructure platform built from the ground up, to EQT

EQT Infrastructure VII agreed on 9 July 2026 to acquire Carlyle’s Copia Power platform. The buyer expected closing by the end of 2026, subject to approvals and customary conditions. EQT’s 15 October 2026 quarterly announcement still describes the acquisition as announced. Actual completion and Carlyle’s proceeds remain unconfirmed.
