Carlyle Announces Acquisition of Secturion Systems

Carlyle acquired Secturion Systems, a hardware-encryption business. This was the first investment by its dedicated middle-market aerospace, defense, government and industrials platform. Sean Berg will lead Secturion as CEO, alongside continuing executives Josh Falslev and Derek Owens. Terms were not disclosed.
