Carlyle Global Credit agreed to supply capital for Circuit of The Americas’ expansion, including COTALAND and additional hospitality attractions. Carlyle’s Credit Opportunities strategy leads the partnership. COTA will remain locally owned and operated; the announcement states that its ownership structure will not change.
