Warburg Pincus announced the J.S.B. tender on 12 June 2026. J.S.B. subsequently confirmed bidder Ursa 4 held 19,737,531 shares, a source-defined 92.91% ownership ratio, as of 3 August following settlement. The later minority cash-out was scheduled separately; its completion is not asserted.
