NatWest acquired Evelyn Partners from Permira and Warburg Pincus, completing on 30 June 2026. The agreement was originally announced on 9 February. GBP 2.7 billion is the enterprise value of the whole acquired business; Warburg Pincus-specific proceeds and its precise historical ownership percentage are not disclosed.
