Firefly disclosed a second revolver amendment effective April 3, 2026 adding USD 45 million of commitments and increasing total capacity to USD 305 million. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. remained administrative agent. Maturity remained August 8, 2028. The amendment was filed with the May 4, 2026 quarterly report. At June 30, 2026, the facility was undrawn. Capacity is not an outstanding balance or Wells Fargo’s individual commitment.
