Firefly entered a USD 125 million senior secured revolving facility August 8, 2025, with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as administrative agent and maturity August 8, 2028. Commitments subsequently increased to USD 260 million on November 7, 2025 and USD 305 million on April 3, 2026. The facility was undrawn at June 30, 2026. This record preserves initial facility capacity; the later amendments are separate events.
