Firefly Aerospace first revolving-facility increase to USD 260 million

Firefly disclosed an amendment effective November 7, 2025 adding USD 135 million of commitments to its USD 125 million revolver, producing USD 260 million aggregate capacity. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. remained administrative agent and maturity remained August 8, 2028. The amendment was publicly filed November 10. A subsequent April 2026 amendment increased capacity again to USD 305 million.
