CCI approves proposed ChrysCapital group acquisition in Nash Industries

The Competition Commission of India approved the proposed acquisition of certain equity share capital in Nash Industries (I) Private Limited by ChrysCapital Fund X, Two Infinity Partners and Blue wave Investments Limited. The regulator identifies all three acquirers as ChrysCapital Group investors. Approval does not establish transaction completion.
