Aviva agreed on 9 July 2026 to buy Dabur Invest Corp’s remaining 26% interest in Aviva India. The half-year financial report confirms completion on 24 July 2026, increasing Aviva’s ownership from 74% to 100%. Consideration was not disclosed.
