AIP, MGX and GIP acquisition of Aligned Data Centers

AIP, MGX and GIP announced the acquisition of all equity in Aligned Data Centers on October 15, 2025. Completion was announced July 21, 2026. The release described approximately $40 billion of enterprise value for the whole transaction. The consortium acquired 100%; this does not represent BlackRock’s individual ownership or investment amount.
