InfraVia completes OREIMA integration into its real estate platform
InfraVia Capital Partners →On 12 January 2026, InfraVia announced the effective merger and complete integration of OREIMA, following the partnership and acquisition announced in 2023. OREIMA’s team now operates under the InfraVia name as the firm’s real estate investment business. The transaction follows two years of integration and preserves the team’s established property investment approach. Its strategy targets prime urban locations and improves assets through refurbishment and repositioning. Brigitte Sagnes Dupont, OREIMA’s founder, is identified as InfraVia’s Real Estate Partner. The combined organisation gives the property team access to InfraVia’s operating resources, sustainability expertise, digital capabilities, international network and investor relations function. Financial consideration and ownership percentages are not disclosed.
