InfraVia commits US$50 million convertible financing to Core Lithium
InfraVia Capital Partners →On 19 March 2026, InfraVia announced a US$50 million convertible-note investment in Core Lithium to finance the Finniss project in Australia. Its contribution forms part of a US$205 million financing package involving Glencore, Nebari and institutional investors. This is the first investment under InfraVia’s Critical Metals strategy. Finniss lies south of Darwin and combines underground and open-pit extraction with on-site processing into spodumene concentrate. At announcement, first shipments were expected in the third quarter of 2026 and commercial production by mid-2028; these are forecasts, not verified operating milestones. The strategy supports mineral supply chains through extraction, processing and recycling investments. No equity ownership percentage is disclosed.
