Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners to Acquire Anwim
Stonepeak →Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners announced on June 11, 2026 that they had agreed to acquire Anwim S.A., the owner of Poland’s MOYA fuel-station network. Anwim operates more than 540 stations, distributes roughly three billion liters of fuel annually and serves retail, commercial and wholesale customers. The acquisition extends the buyers’ European fuel retail joint venture following their December 2025 acquisition of a majority interest in JET in Germany and Austria. Anwim’s ongoing expansion into e-mobility and energy-transition activities provides an additional strategic dimension beyond traditional fuel retail. The announcement did not disclose transaction value, ownership percentages or financing terms. The parties expect the acquisition to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
